From investment to rental: this is how it works

We schedule an introductory meeting to discuss the property and explore the best rental opportunities. During this meeting, we review the rental terms, agreements, and explain how our services work and what you can expect from us throughout the process.

During the property inspection, we assess the property. We look at the number of rooms, the layout, the structural condition, and the potential for optimizing the return on investment. Based on your preferences and the results of the property inspection, we will prepare a suitable proposal.

The condition of the property does’nt need to be an obstacle. If necessary, we will oversee renovations to the property in collaboration with VESS Vastgoed and ensure that the layout is suitable for rental.

Once the property is complete, we will ensure that it is delivered ready for rental, fully furnished, and suitable for living.

After signing the rental agreement, the keys will be handed over. During the key handover, the property will be inspected and documented in a move-in report, including photos of the property’s current condition.

Styl Housing guarantees that rent will be paid on the agreed-upon date each month. During the lease, we can also handle the management and maintenance of the property if desired. We remain the primary point of contact for both the landlord and the tenants and ensure professional property management. In addition, we conduct periodic inspections and cleaning to maintain the quality and appearance of the property.
